What do you do for a living?

I looch off other people. Oh no--that's exactly what my archenemy does for a living! I guess it's time I got a job. ( There's more about my archenemy & her cute nose at:  http://www.karen.black.org/diaryjan00.html ).

Again I have to pull a Clinton and ask what you mean by "living."I pay my bills by changing oil at Walmart. I did security for 2 1/2 years up until mid January. I'm not alive though unless I'm writing or on stage. I've got a small 'zine going called Start Here which is a list of open mic's for music, poetry and comedy events in the Boston area (easily e-mailed, ratbas@hotmail.com ) and I go to, promote and encourage a lot of these event. I don't want "hello can i help you?" written on my tombstone.

In term of mentally supporting myself, I hang with friends work on as many artist projects as possible (video, web, etc), read, and watch tons of TV and movies.

In term of physically supporting myself, I breath, eat and sleep.  Once a great while I motivate myself to move around a lot (exercise)   :  )

I work at the public library. I don't have a job title that I'm aware of. At least I'm not a shelver (although when I've got nothing to do myself, I sometimes help the shelvers). I pretty much do what no one else wants to do.
