What is one thing
you'd change about yourself?I'd like to be thin
Janet, 42
E. Brunswick, NJ
I'd change my voice- being able to
sing beautifully would make me very happy.
Kimberfreed, 31
If I had a magic wand, I would
change my seriousness when it comes to dealing with the
conflicts, difficulties, and dilemmas of life. Sometimes I can make jokes and see the
humor instead of getting completely dragged down into it. My wish is to be able to do this
more often!
Priscilla, 42
New York, NY
One thing I'd change about myself: My constant worry. I'm not me if I'm not stressing about
something. I feel like such a hypocrite because I tell everyone else "one day at a
time," yet I don't follow my own advice. Just because I worry about it doesn't make
it any easier to handle.
Amy, 23
Baton Rouge, LA
The one thing I would change about
myself is I would not be so shy. It makes it
difficult makes it is very hard to go up to certain people and talk to. I have to motivate
myself to talk to some peopl, particularly women, because I get very nervous talking to
them. Women, people in position of authority over me, and strangers are the primary people
I am intimidated my. That is the main thing I would change about myself. Other than that I
am relatively happy with who I am.
Ernest, 28
Washington, DC
My current eyesight is not great. I
would like 20/20 vision.
Dan
Lowell, MA
If there was something I wanted to change
about myself, I'd try to do it. That's what I'm all about--self-improvement. I guess right
now I'm trying to get rid of my nervous fidgety little habits.
Personality-wise, I'm pretty much okay with myself right now. Even if I am stubborn and
have a tendency to freak out about nothing. : )
Karen, 20
Marshelltown/Ames, IA
I'd like to be less afraid, less
anxious all the time. Anxiety cloud every other thing I do, or would like to do.
Cindy, 41
Lowell, MA
I would like to have the internal knowledge, to know, that I am truly
beautiful inside and out. I could then lay to rest the feeling that I am somehow not
attractive as others.
Felicia, 33
Somerville, MA
I wish that I was a little less competitive
in everything I do.
Nikki, 26
Kirkham ENGLAND
I would love to be an attractive
early 20ish woman forever. . . .if it was possible, I'd
sell my soul. . ..
Mothmc, 35
Pensacola, FL
Ideally, I'd swap excess pounds for
increased patience.
Jill, 59
Saylorsburg, PA
If I could change one thing about
myself, I would be less insecure and, as a result, more confident. Life is too short to
waste most of it torturing yourself.
Shayna, 28
Somerville, MA
Speaking before thinking.
Laura, 34
Lowell, MA
I like
they way I am. I'd change nothing. It usually sucks to be somebody else, harder too. So,
just be yourself; nobody can do it better.
Ray, 17
Toronto CANADA
If I
could change anything about me it would be this: I'd stop being a loner and be a
family-oriented individual with reunions and traveling to each other's homes, etc.. Your
family might make you mad and make you feel like screaming sometimes but at least you're
not alone in the world.
Reba, 50
Rockville, MD
I would
take the extra fat off my stomach and put it in my chest. Waste not, want not, you
know
Kristin, 20
