A good mix of time and money is most important to me. I have it right now, in that I am working at a client site for three days a week and doing some independent consulting from home, which gives me flexibility.

They're both fairly important, but money is only important for time. The whole point of making money is that you theoretically get to spend time with your loved ones, doing fun things, if you've made enough money.
