Do
you belong to a Fitness Center/Health Club?Yes. Thank goodness they put a
freeze on my membership until I'm off of bedrest and have the baby. I'll really need it
when I'm back to normal, considering my muscles are like jello right now. I'm so excited
to start my yoga classes again!
Susan, 32

USA
Yes, it's an all-women health club called
New Attitude. It's great, cheap, and they have many locations acrooss many different
nations :)

Well, my school has a gym I belong to. I've
been there like twice. Their really strict though, like a gabillion rules, like towels and
sleves and shoes and seguels. You have to make a reservation so that you can go, wear what
they tell you to and wait in line with a million other students.
Jaden, 21
Brampton, Ontario CANADA
Nah... well, I do have a rec card that I use
during the summer but that's it...
Jeremy, 13
Highlands Ranch, CO USA
I certainly do. I just don't go most
of the time.
Firelady, 23
Dallas, TX
USA
Yeah I belong to Planet Fitness, two blocks
away from my house, and have not been for 6 months. Funny.
Tina, 31
Medford, MA USA
Used to, but I never went so I stopped
paying for that stupid habit!
Tracy, 24
Ocean City, NJ USA
No.
Fisch, 45
Preston, CT
USA
Not anymore. I used to belong to them
regularly before various injuries set in.
Alias Irrelevante
I can go to the ISU Rec Center if I
want. And the pool in Beyer Hall.
Karen, 21
Marshelltown/Ames, IA USA
I am waiting until I physically can do some
working out and I am going to join a gym this year.
Janet, 42
E. Brunswick, NJ USA
Yes I do. I joined last January and have
lost 15 pounds and 15 inches since then. I go 3 to 5 times per week most of the time.
Laura, 36
Lowell, MA
USA
No. I do own a treadmill and an exercycle
and there is plenty of room in the living room for healthy movement.
Jill, 60
Saylorsburg, PA USA
By virtue of living in the townhouse complex
that I do, I have access to a workout room, pool and hot tub.
Jane, 60
West Linn, OR
USA
No, thought about it, but I joined
Weight Watchers instead. I went with it for a month or
two and even though it sounds crazy, I think they let you eat too much. So, I made up my
own diet. It involves several diet plans. I included the cabbage soup diet, the Slim Fast
diet, the Weight Watchers diet, the Subway sandwich diet, and my very own
eat-as-little-as-possible diet. Plus, I'm vegetarian. So, in other words, I drink a can of
Slim Fast for breakfast, one for lunch, a Subway sandwich for supper and maybe some
cabbage soup, and if I eat out, I use the Weight Watchers points plan. And so, I'm eating
as little as possible. There you go, that's the Lisa diet. And guess what? I've already
lost 10 pounds. A-ha-HA!

Health..?Fitness????/AHHH...the only workout
i get is running from the scary workout people.lol. No, im afriad organized excersise and
i do not agree with one another, instead, i requently race after toddlers, run around my
high school, and normal teen activities.
Adrianne, 15
FL USA
Nope, I breakdance for my workout.
A-Dog, 18
McMinnville, OR USA
There is a gym at my school, but the working
out that I do doesn't require any machines (situps, pushups, running, and so on).
Eric, 18
Beverly Hills, CA USA
No, i wish I did though. I like to
run, but have a hard time breathing outside in the winter, so a treadmill would be nice.
Weights would also be good, so i can get even more buff! :) I do "belong" to to
dance studios however. I take 9 dance classes a week at
CSMA and Cornell, so that is what keeps me in shape.
Sarah S., 17
Ithaca, NY
USA
I have a membership, but have to admit that
after the first three month of initial enthusiasm, I haven't gone once.
Felicia, 35
Lowell, MA
USA
Well, I'm doing a fitness class at school
right now, but in the summer I'm going to get a membership at the YMCA.
Dianne, 16
Oshawa, Ontario CANADA
No, I do not. I just do my workout at home.
Stephanie, 25
TX USA
I have been a member of the fitness center
here at work for about 4 years. I'll go sometimes for many months using it daily and then,
like now, I won't go over there at all. But my intentions are good....
Reba, 51

No.
Kim, 30
New York, NY

No, but I
have in the past and I probably will again in the future. .
