What does beauty mean to you?

It usually means my stammering and nervous sweat. Chain smoking and "time alone" must follow soon. I don't react to beauty well, if that answers the question. Then I look around to see if my ladyfriend noticed. (Hi Luffalump!)

Beauty to means more than exterior beauty. It is whether a person is good, descent, and honorable on the inside. To mean, I do not consider the most physically attractive person in the world, beautiful, if they are ugly and hateful on the inside. To me, anything in nature can be beautiful, if I am able to appreciate it for what it is. That is a tough question.

Visually attractive.

Peace with yourself and love for others. Also, a SINCERE SMILE is the most important thing of all. Great hair and skin is nice, but it won't get you anywhere if you're a horrible person who doesn't let anyone see your teeth once in awhile.

This is another question I'll answer with a stodgy cliché which has proved to be true over the years: Beauty, by and large, is in the eye of the beholder.

For a person, an internal energy so strong that you even fail to really "see" the person but rather "feel" them.  For art, nature and other static things, an arrangement of shapes and colors and perspective that you sense the eternal .

Beauty is so many things. . .mostly, they're the things that make you smile no matter what other factors are at hand. Like maybe you're having the worst day of your life, and you think you're going to miss your bus, but the driver stops just for you and smiles at you. Or maybe you're disgusted at humanity in general and then a little kid comes up to you and says something completely pure. Beauty is what stands out from the rest of the world.

beauty is:
-making a funny face at a child and watching them giggle
-fire and ice roses
-poetry you can relate to
-poetry that is so complex, you cry
-letting someone in your lane during rush hour and getting that
"thank you dear person" wave
-being held
-smiling, a real geniune smile, at a stranger
-ice cream
-stars

Beauty means so much to me. I just take the time to notice the small things, because the big things are so "in your face," you know? One night, my SO and I drove through Mississippi back to New Orleans. He pointed out of his window and said "Amy LOOK." Orion hung in the sky so low, I thought I could touch it. I spent the next half an hour with my head out the window, staring at the stars and talking cosmos with him. THAT'S beautiful.

This is a chance to be poetic, I suppose. . .)
Beauty is any woman who truly knows me but honestly loves me (despite. . .)

The world is beautiful, all people are beautiful, nature is beautiful,  but beauty in the commercial sense is just not right.

Beauty is a combination of confidence, attractive appearance, and a shining personality. Unfortunately, there aren't too many truly beautiful people in the world. When and if you ever come across one, it is truly a rarity.
