What is a regular
dream for you? When it is a cold and snowy as this winter, I dream of basking
somewhere on a warm sunny tropical island with white sand and blue waters, an umbrella
drink in my outstretched hand as I lounge on a beach chair.

I often dream of large rambling interior
spaces (apartments and houses sometimes stores but not offices). They are oddly
shaped and one room runs into another. I am walking all around these spaces (sometimes
they are filled, sometimes they are empty). I am looking . . . Not desparately or
with anxiety but searching. Sometimes there are people I know, sometimes ones I
don't, sometimes noone at all. But the theme is always a search.

Regular
dream? Since my waking life is fairly circumscribed by circumstances I can control, I
relish the variety of my dreams which may--or may not--be inspired by what I have done or
read the day before.

lately my
dreams have been mainly about my immeditate family. . .my half-bro, my half-sis, and my
dead mom and dad looking up to hold me in deep judgement, and, although somewhat
skeptical, expressing their opinions that I'm doing alright in my life, for the most part.

Something,
somewhere, running in shadows. Faces, suggestions, voices. I hear my own name a lot. Said
accusingly by voices I never know. Occasional nudity, some great violence, though the
language remains pretty clean. Tom Brokaw shows up more often than I am comfortable with.

I suffer from panic attacks, so
there are several times when I wake up "falling" back into my body. Basically,
it's my body jerking awake.

Regular
dream? What's that? In the last dream I had, my mom got a silver Jeep Grand Cherokee and
everybody was trying to tell me that it was old because it had old parts. "We told
you, it's a '79!" they kept saying, and I was yelling, "That's impossible!"
Not all that interesting compared to some of my other dreams, but there 'tis.

For the past 9 months,
all I've dreamt about is my wedding (I'm getting married in September). Most of them are
anxiety dreams: something is wrong with my dress, my dad is late, I'm late...weird stuff.
I'm not really worried about any of that stuff happening, but my subconscious seems to be
fretting a lot.

Its a recurring
nightmare really, but just about every night (give or take) I dream that I am lying in my
bed sleeping next to my boyfriend. I wake up and look up and there is a man standing
over the bed smiling a wicked smile at me. I try to scream, sit up, wake up my boyfriend
but I am frozen.
