On the advice of my internist, I take a
multi vitamin. On the advice of an orthopedic surgeon, I take DHT, a souped up Vitamin D
because I have a major problem absorbing calcium. On the advice of my oncologist I take
Vitamin E to repair the damage done in radiation therapy.
Jill, 59

Of course I'm taking prenatal vitamins at
the moment. Since we're naming the baby William Stephen, "Will" for short, I
call my vitamins "Will Pills". Clever, huh?

Do I take any vitamins on a daily
basis? No, not really, I take other stuff every day but
I feel I get enough vitamins in the food I eat. I am, however, seriously considering
taking ginko every day. I read on the web that it increases your sex drive for those on
ssri's(seritonin inhibitors). And I'm on ametriptyline. So, no, but maybe.

No, I don't. I drink a "slim-fast"

kinda like taking vitamins everyday.
