What do you
consider your most outstanding and admirable virtue?my ability to always
be alble to tell a good joke
Jaden, 21
Brampton, Ontario CANADA
My hopeless honesty.
Karen, 20
Marshelltown/Ames, IA
Humility. I've always been very proud of my
humility. And my hair, not my forehead, just my hair.
Alias Irrelevante
My obsessive and often insulting
reliance on an ever-shifting subjective world view mixed with a fearlessness when it comes
to speaking what I feel to be the truth. I have no
dogma outside of the demands of my internal universe. Or, as others put it, I am a
"son of a bitch."
Anthony, 25
Baton Rouge, LA
Patience!
Tracy, 24
Ocean City, NJ
A sense of humor.
Jill, 59
Saylorsburg, PA
I have been told my effervescent
personality.
Janet, 42
E. Brunswick, NJ
In all due modesty, my most oustanding and
admirable virtue is: my determination/persistance. After all, talent does not really
matter if you do not have the determination to see your talent through to some end.
Ernest, 29
Washington, DC
I consider patience my best virtue.
Mandy, 24
Fairfax, VA
my ability to understand where people are
coming from and help them out, even if i've never been there.
Angela, 16
Aiken, SC
I guess that would have to be my emotional
and mental strength. I take pride in my ability to handle difficult situations and rise to
overcome even the most rigorous tests that life presents us with. Some people may see me
and being cruel or unkind at times or perhaps a little too independant, but I know that in
the end I will survive and not be broken down by others
Kate, 19
Bellingham, WA
The ability to laugh at myself.
Susan, 31
Chicago, IL
I honestly don't know. I suppose I'm
pretty modest, but I don't really have any outstanding virtues.
Shanna, 15
Cardiff ENGLAND
I'd like to think my self-control is my best
and most useful quality. It usually helps me guide my anger into constructive
communication or tactful silence, and helps me be patient with people.
Jesse, 24
Bowie, MD
I would like to think one of my better
qualities is a very open mind. I know that my lifestyle isn't exacly the most traditional,
and I would hope people would not judge my way of life, sob I try not to judge theirs.
Maggie, 20
Sandwich, IL
"virtue"?. . . . tricky word. .
..my humility has gotta be it . .although it gets in the way all the time. . .I
sincerely, heart of hearts, believe that I am a wonderfully charming and talented person,
whose gonna make a lot of money and have a conventionally beautiful wife, and most of the
time it's all I can do to bite my tongue and not tell everyone around me how much
"better" I am than them, and how my intelligence and guile could reduce them to
tears in a matter of minutes if I chose to. . . . .
mothmc, 35
Los Angeles, LA
Generosity of spirit.
Jane, 60
West Linn, OR
Hmm... I guess it could be that I stand up
for things I believe in, including family and friends. Just ask my parents!!!
Jeremy, 13
Highlands Ranch, CO
HONESTY, of course! :)
Melodi, 19
Hlliard, OH
Honesty. To me all else seems to
fall into place around it. I do think, however, that
the toughest thing about this particular virtue is exercising it internally. Sometimes
that's more than painful. But I see it as the one gift I can offer to everyone in my
life...free of monetary charge. I do
Fisch, 45
Preston, CT
Tolerance and patience.
Felicia, 34
Somerville, MA
Honesty.
Tho it sometimes causes me great pain.
Firelady, 22
Dallas, TX
I have been told my effervescent
personality. Not only by people I know but I once had a fortune cookie tell me the
same.
Janet, 42
E. Brunswick, NJ
My belief in the compassion and
validity of others.
Amy, 23
New Orleans, LA
In hours of need, or emergency my
freinds and family know they can always rely on me. No
matter what.
Pamela, 39
Sugar Hill, GA
That I am a helpful person to those who need
it.
