What is your favorite veggie grilled? How do you cook it?

I love grilled
zucchini. You can either cut it into strips (like steak fries) or just
peel it, cut it in half length-wise and put it into foil then throw it
on the grill. Great, now I want some and it's raining out!!

choice, I'd choose zuchinni (or however it's spelled)

I grilled eggplant,
sliced the long way. First I salt it, rinse the salt off, brush with olive
oil, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and garlic and then have my husband
grilled them. Delicious!

corn on the cob....wrap
it in tin foil and throw it on the grill. im also quite partial to tomatos,
peppers and mushrooms grilled on shish-kebob (sorry if thats spelled wrong)

still in its husk.

like grilled mushrooms. This recipe is from Backyard Roughing It Easy
by Dian Thomas. Mushrooms in Foil
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Slice
mushrooms in half. Place on a piece of foil dotted with butter, and season
with salt and pepper. Wrap mushrooms in foil, using the drugstore wrap,
and place over the coals for about 5 minutes on each side.
