What age seems ideal to you?

Ha! I don't know that I'd really thought about it. Every age comes with some difficulty and some good stuff. Right now my age is good for me.

Karen, 23
Ames, IA USA

For what? In generally terms, physically young enough to have the energy for varied activities and intellectually and emotionally mature enough to appreciate what is being experienced.

Jane, 63
West Linn, OR USA

I miss being 17. You don't have to do anything but have fun at that age. 20 is pretty good though.

A-Dog, 20
Eugene, OR USA

30... the age I am now. I have a great life, a great wife, a great family and great friends. I'm very
happy... probably happier than I've ever been.

Doug2, 30
Kansas City, KS USA

35 for women. 25 for men.

Felicia, 37
Lowell, MA USA

It's the age that I will move out and yet be in my senior year of high school so I can still have fun at school and not be working at a job all day.

Em, 16
Harrisburg, PA USA

Any age prior to the one where people who were finding out how old I was for the first time started saying "what? You're only _ _ ???" UGH... that was the beginning of the end for me.

Fisch, 47
Preston, CT USA

Thirty. You're old enough to know a few things (some people might need another five years or so), but your looks haven't started to go.

Judy, 62
Easton, KS USA

Whatever age I happen to be, seems to be the best.

Laura, 38
Lowell, MA USA

Ideal... I like the sound of 28. But I was not a happy person at 28. So ideally if my life could be as it is today only I would be 13 years younger, well, I guess that would be ideal.

Cindy, 41
VA USA

Birth to Death isn't a terribly flexible itinerary. I spent my childhood absorbed in living and my early teens yearning to be older. By the time I turned twenty one I'd grasped the necessary wisdom of living one year at a time.

Jill, 61
Saylorsburg, PA USA

18. Everything becomes legal then.

Aly, 17
Cardiff UK

weird coincidence.....today is my birthday : ) there are good and bad things for any age and ive been happy at all of them so far.

Cara, 19
Valparasio, IN USA

I'd like to be 25, but with all the wisdom I have now!

Tam

35. No longer inexperienced at anything, past childbearing, kids are at a good age. I could go and on about that age.

Laney, 60
TX USA

35

Melodi, 19
Gahanna, OH USA

I liked being in my thirties. I was quite a bit more mature and thoughtful than in my twenties, had a better grip on reality and life and still had plenty of energy for whatever adventures came my way.

Janet, 45
E. Brunswick, NJ USA

35 was great!

Reba, 57
Gaithersburg, MD USA

25 Still young but old enough to know better

Stephanie, 27
TX USA

Bob Marley, if he were still alive.

Tam

Usually the age I'm just leaving. In...14 days I will be 24, so right now 23 looks very good to me.
