How
much water do you drink every day?None all by itself...does kool-aid count?
Melodi, 19

not enough

Not much, when it's cold, although now that
it's warming up I might start glugging it again. Water is a good thing to take with you
when you're out doing summery stuff. Mess-free and portable.
Karen, 22

Usually 4-6 glasses a day - lately
Felicia, 36

I've actually been hovering right around
that 8 glasses deal lately.

None all by itself...does kool-aid count?
Melodi, 19

I drink about 40 ounces of water per day.
More if you include the coffee and tea that I drink.
Laura, 37
Lowell, MA

I'm never sure if we can count the water we
use for making tea... but if that's the case, I drink about 8 glasses of water per day. If
we're talking about plain water from the tap, I drink none. If I'm sick, I will make a
point to drink plain water a couple of time a day.
Fisch, 46

I still drink the eight glasses a
day that I did the last time this question was asked a few months ago.

When I'm home I drink between 20 and 30
ounces a day. Like most people, the bulk of my moisture comes from food. I was very
relieved to hear that the old 64 Ounces of Water Every Day recommendation was inaccurate.
Jill, 61
Saylorsburg, PA USA
Basically none, sadly.

One huge cup during work...probably about 4
cups in it and sometimes I refill it. I should drink more, but at least I drink some!
Tracy, 24
Ocean City, NJ USA
One or two cups.
Eric, 20
Beverly Hills, CA USA
Usually 4 or 5 large sized bottles. It
depends on how busy I am. I drink more water at school than at home.
Johanna, 18

how much water is in a sixer of MGD's?
A-Dog, 19

Who knows? Enough to keep me alive, I
suppose.
Frodo

Between 40-100 ounces, depends on
the day.
Christina

Very very little.

Tubs and tubs full. But I live in Texas
where it's so hot water just evaporates from your body spontaneously at enormous rates of
speed. I nearly died of dehydration when I travel north because people up there don't
drink as much. Meanwhile I've got my 5 gallon bucket with a straw and they're all giving
me the eyeball.

Interesting that this question is asked
now... I used to hardly ever drink water, but for some reason this past year, my (now)
wife and I have been drinking a lot of water and even more gatorade. Water with dinner,
water when we go to bed, water during the day. I still probably don't drink as much as you
are supposed to, but my intake has increased dramatically over the past year.
Doug2, 29

I drink at least 6 glasses a day of water.

I drink a lot of water. Lucky me-I like it.
Laney

bout 6 cups
Kyle, 16
OH USA
I shoot for six 8 oz. glasses daily but I
seldom make it. Usually 3-4 glasses.
Reba, 50+
Silver Spring, MD USA
I drink so much water. I walk everywhere, so
I'm constantly thirsty. Also, I work out, and my water bottles are always being stolen by
my boyfriend, so I'm usually a little dehydrated. Damn him.

I'd say
close to the suggested 64 ounces a day-I'm a big water drinker.
Angela, 18

I average
about six cups.

Oh, I am plagued with kidney stones and I
drink at least 8-10 glasses of water a day. My urologist states that if everyone drank at
least 6-8 glasses of water a day, most people would not have any kidney problems. So
drink you water. It flushes out your system, the kidneys filter out impurities and makes for a healthy body.
