Do any of the vitamins you take make you feel any better or worse?

I don't know if they make me feel different per say, but I think they help fight stuff like everyday colds and all that! I know the extra calcium is always a help too!!

If I didn't think the vitamins I took made me feel better, or made me healthier, I wouldn't take them. But the last batch of multivitamins I bought have a tendency to stick in my throat, which temporarily makes me feel worse.

Not really. Although I use to take niacin and that had a very immediate effect fo rushing blood to all of may capilaries. This caused me to turn red, feel warm, and have a prickly hot feeling.

Since all the vitamins I'm taking are on doctors' orders, I assume benefits. Paradoxically, the only positive effects I see are negative. Since I have been on DHT and calcium supplements, I have not broken any bones.

I don't take vitatmins regularly. I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, so I feel like I get enough from my food. However, when I'm feeling sluggish, I will take B-complex. I call it the happy pill because it makes me feel so good.

I can't take my vitamins right now because of my medication. If I were getting folic acid from vitamins, that would be an overdose or something. I miss my vitamins. . .

I don't even take vitamins anymore... I always forget to buy them when we go to the grocery store. I used to take vitamin C every morning and it helped me to get through the first couple classes of the day without falling asleep... =]

For a couple of years I took a lot of vitamins, hoping to feel better, but nothing happened. In the past six months I have cut down a lot and now take only calcium and a multi-vitamin. And you know what? I feel great!

I have taken Metabolife-356 before and it made me jittery, anxious, and even nauseous. If you count being sick to your stomach as not having an appetite, I guess they worked, but I don't recommend them.

I don't take vitamins, although Im starting to take those papaya enzyme pills that are supposed to help with weight loss. Nothing so far!

I don't take vitamins, actually -- I prefer to get everything from food and make sure I eat a balanced diet.

I don't take vitamins. I have a theory that they cripple your ammune system by making your body dependant on supliments.

I only get vitamins within foods. A doctor once told me if you're taking vitamin supplements (tablets) and start to "feel better" then you must surely be grossly deficient of that vitamin and should probably look into it.

The vitamins I take that include folic acid , chromium picolinate, vitamin e, vitamin c, royal jelly and a multi mineral vitamin do give me energy and have me to lose weight.

I don't take vitamins. When I have taken them they have done absolutely nothing for me. I dont' bother.

I don't take any vitamins, but I drink a lot of orange juice and it helps a lot. I have more energy and I don't get sick as much.

uh. . . .. Vitamins. . .I pop Vitamin C's and St. John's Worts almost daily.  . .I think they make me feel better. . ..I'm tempted to use/abuse Vicadin or somesuch casually used/abused prescription/semi-prescription "vitamins" if I can conveniently get my hands on some. . .

Yes. I had a UTI (urinary tract infection for those who don't know) so I decided to buy some supplements instead of taking antibiotics. I bought Cranberry Fruit. That's what it is called, and it went away. So now I take it regularly.
