What
is your fashion style like?Depends on the day. If I'm in class, jeans and polos. If I'm
going out, short skirts are my favorite!
Lindsay, 21
Harrisonburg, VA
Frumpy. Birkenstocks and socks, jeans and
pull-over shirts mostly. Or Birkenstocks and tights with straight dresses. My
niece is horrified that I wear sandals and socks. Her mother (my sister) has given up on
me and my fashion choices. She now buys funky socks that I can wear with my Birkenstocks.
I guess my lame fashion sense is a result of
my mother always buying my sister pretty clothes with lace and frills. My other sister and
I always seemed to get practical clothes.
When I have to, which is much more often
than I like, I wear business casual when I visit clients.

Very basic. Jeans, bahas, black work
boots, denim jackets.

If it is possible I would say a sporty,
casual, elegance with a very slight hip NYC chic and backwoods country folk to it. Which
basically means I wear comfortable clothes, perferably in natural fibers, dark colors, and
no labels. I pay absolutely no attention to my hairstyle or makeup presentation most of
the time

Since moving here, I've adopted
Pacific Northwest Casual. Oregonians think they are overdressed if the men wear a suit and
the women a dress and heels when dining at a good
restaurant. And unless you are dealing with the public, business casual here is pretty
casual, about what is worn on Casual Days in the East.

West Linn, OR
Random. One day I'll wear a tie-dye dress;
the next baggy jeans, a T-shirt, and a cowboy hat; the next faux snakeskin pants and a
tight little shirt. . .on my feet I might have Dr Martens, Airwalks, Adidas, dress shoes,
or 3-dollar slippers. . .
Karen, 20
Marshelltown/Ames, IA
Casual, fun, and warm
Helena, 31

Whatever's
comfy but not horrible. Period.
Firelady, 22
Dallas, TX
Distracted, but thrifty housefrau.
Jill, 59
Saylorsburg, PA
What do
you think when I say 'poetry grad student'? Yeah, like that.
Anthony, 25
Baton Rouge, LA
Unfortunately, it's trendy. I try to keep up
with all the latest stuff, not because I want to blend in with everyone else, but because
I like the clothing and I think it fits my personality well. I hate the fact that I blend
in sometimes, but if I didn't dress the way I do, I wouldn't be me.
Nicole
Elk Grove, CA
Mostly gothic diva stuff, I suppose. Lots of
black, flowy skirts, silver jewelry, that sort of thing. When I go out, I usually wear
rhinestones or bindis on my face, along with some glitter. There are pictures on my
website, of course ;)
Amy, 23
Baton Rouge, LA
I have no fashion style. I wear what
is comfortable.
Kevin, 32
Sugar Hil, GA
Nothing ordinary.
Jami, 27
Lowell, MA
Casual,
Comfy and a little Hippy. It all depends what mood I'm in really.
Nikki, 27
Kirkham ENGLAND
Casual.
Blue jeans are the best.
Janet, 42
E. Brunswick, NJ
My
sychopantic work style is late neandrathal, my "other" style is a slacker style.
Like who cares what people think I look like. I only look decent @ work because that's how
you play the game.
