When was the last
time you saw a play and what was it?I've been going to more concerts than plays, I guess.
I saw Romeo and Juliet as a ballet. Before that, the last one was probably Camelot.

My last live theatrical performance?
Long, long ago. I can't remember details.

I saw a play a few months ago but it
was so terrible that I have blocked the name of it.

It has been ages since I last saw a
play in a theater. It think the last thing I saw was "Tommy" on Broadway and god
was it awful.

Wow, it's been a while.
Last April, I saw the King and I at the centroplex. I was in a Victorian performance class
(we read Victorian texts that had been turned into musicals) and the entire class went. It
was a lot of fun :)

The last play I saw (excluding my
children's church plays), was "The Best Little
Whorehouse in Texas". It was my 16th birthday present from my mother. To see a
musical that had played broadway made me feel quite grown up and special that night.

The last play I saw was a student production
of "The Robber Bridegroom" last year.
Lindsay, 21

I saw a version of "Great
Expectations" about a month ago.

I have seen many performances
recently. I saw a musical, Jekyl and Hyde, two weeks ago on Broadway in New York City. A
week before that I saw A Midsummer Night's Dream,
performed by the MIT Shakespeare Ensamble. Two months before that I saw Chess (multiple
times) performed by the MIT Musical Theatre Group in which my boyfriend played Molokov.
Coming up this week and next, one of my friends is in a student written play, and my
boyfriend will play Hilarion in MIT Gilbert and Sullivan Player's performance of Princess
Ida.

The last play I saw was way back in high
school, and I have no idea what it was.
Kevin, 32
Sugar Hill, GA
I saw King Lear in Hattiesburg.
As many problems as I had with the University of Southern Mississippi, it had a splendid
theatre department

I believe
I was a junior in high school, I went to see The Bad Seed put on by the drama department
at my school. I really liked it, and that surprised me because I don't usually like plays.

this past Saturday, April 1st, I saw a
touring Broadway production of the Showboat revival. . . .as for non-musical
theatre, about two months ago I went to the local community theatre here in Pensacola and
saw three one-act plays collectively titled "Death Defying Acts"(as in the acts
of the play, and they all had comic takes on mortality and such. . . .(get it?)). . . One
of the three one-acts was by David Mamet, one was by Elaine May and one was by Woody
Allen. . . .I wondered if these plays had been put together as a single evening's worth of
entertainment previously or if it was the inspiration of the director of this particular production. . . .
